GOD MODING = BAD! THE WORST SIN YOU COULD COMMIT ON A FORUM. DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, God-Moding is BAD!!!!!!!!!!! I'm serious. I'm not fooling.
I WILL DEFINE GOD-MODING AS BEST AS I CAN FOR YOU PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS.
God Moding: When one person controls more than his/her character, or gives their character amazing powers. It is also if you make your character immortal, and makes sure they never get hit. No one is immortal, not even elves, who can live for millenniums, SO GET OVER YOURSELVES.
Note: Vampires may be dead and seem immortal to humans... But they CAN BE KILLED!
AS I SAID, THERE CAN BE THREE TYPES OF GOD-MODING. ONE IS CONTROLLING ANOTHER CHARACTER, THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU. SOMEONE ELSE'S CHARACTER. THE OTHER IS GIVING YOUR CHARACTER AMAZING POWERS, ONES THAT HUMANS OR EVEN THE MOST MAGICAL OF BEINGS COULD NOT ACQUIRE. BE REALISTIC, PEOPLE. THE THIRD IS MAKING YOUR CHARACTER NEVER BE HIT OR STABBED OR WHATEVER, A.K.A. IMMORTALITY. BE REALISTIC, PLEASE!!!
HERE ARE THREE EXAMPLES OF GOD-MODING, TO GO ALONG WITH THE THREE TYPES.
TYPE ONE - CONTROLLING OTHER CHARACTERS AND THEIR FATES. (LIKE DYING. <- DON'T DO THAT!)
Person 1/Jack - Jack walked down the street, wondering why the day had gone all wrong. He had just tried to speak out in what he believed in, and then he had been pelted with trash and rotten tomatoes. Now, downtrodden, he kept making his way along the street, hoping no one would bother him.
Person 2/Sarah - Sarah followed Jack, and then stopped him. "What's wrong?" She asked, and then Jack responded, "I'm just so stupid..." Sarah was flabbergasted. "No you're not!" She cried, and grabbed Jack by his hair. "Let's go, man! We gotta get you to the psychiatrist!" Then she started running, pulling Jack after her, who was now crying. The tears were pouring down his face in buckets, and he was in complete agony. Sarah stopped, and pushed his face into a gutter. "Shut up, you sissy!" She said, suddenly angry. "But Sarah--" Jack sputtered, and then cried out in pain. Sarah had had enough. She was real mad now, and then stood on Jack's head and pushed it into the gutter until it exploded. He was dead. Good, that bumbling idiot would never had shut up if she hadn't done that. That was the end of him.
THAT IS BAD. PERSON TWO CONTROLLED BOTH PERSON ONE'S ACTIONS AND THEIR CHARACTER'S FATE. DON'T DO THAT!!! UNLESS YOU HAVE THE CONSENT OF THE OTHER PERSON, OF COURSE. OTHER THAN THAT, DO NOT GOD-MODE!
TYPE TWO - GIVING YOUR CHARACTER AMAZING POWERS NO ONE IN THE WHOLE WIDE UNIVERSE WOULD BE ABLE TO ACHEIVE...EVER!!!!!!
After Sarah killed Jack, she jumped up into the air and started to float. Then her legs and arms disappeared, and she transformed into a hippopotamus. Then, her eyes turned into sunglasses, and she sprouted crow wings! Then she read someone's mind, and then killed them because they were stupid. After she killed three hundred more people with machine guns that sprouted out of her nose, she became invisible, and then started pretending she was a ghost! And then she went into a bank, and magically made trees sprout inside!
THAT IS JUST...MESSED UP. IT COULD NEVER HAPPEN! JUST DON'T DO IT, NO MATTER HOW MUCH OF AN IMAGINATIVE MIND YOU HAVE!!!!
TYPE THREE - IMMORTALITY/INVINCIBILITY. (YOUR CHARACTER CANNOT BE KILLED OR WILL NEVER DIE, WHICH IS JUST PLAIN CHEATING!)
The people in the bank whipped out machine guns and bazookas to kill Sarah. She dodged all the bullets, except one. That one hit her in the head, and then fell out. The bloody hole there sealed itself up, and Sarah grinned. No one could kill her. No one!
*5000000 years later.*
Sarah was still alive even after the World had exploded. Now she was floating out in space. Still, she was alive. She didn't need air to breathe. She was invincible, AND immortal, after all. NOTHING could kill her!!!
SEE? I EVEN USED THE WORDS IMMORTAL AND INVINCIBLE IN THERE. YOUR CHARACTER HAS TO GET HIT SOMETIME. YOU CAN'T DODGE EVERY FREAKING ATTACK, YOU KNOW!!!! MAKE YOUR RP'S REALISTIC, PEOPLE! PLEASE! IF YOU DON'T, IT JUST MAKES IT LESS FUN FOR THE REST OF US.
